Welcome at the website of the Dutch Geometric Infrastructure.

The section "Rijksdriehoeksmeting" from the Dutch Cadastre (RD) and the section "National Ordnance Datum" from the Survey Department (NAP) from the Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Watermanagement are maintaining the Dutch Geometric Infrastructure.

These organizations are responsible for maintaining and publication of planimetric (x- and y- coordinates) and height related information. This infrastructure is the basis for all geodetic- and survey- works in the Netherlands.

The section "Rijksdriehoeksmeting" is responsible for the planimetric component and the section "National Ordnance Datum" is responsible for the height component.
